From the very first interaction, which happened at 9:00 am on a cold January Sunday morning, Leslie and her team were responsive, consummate professionals, and provided the level of expertise and local knowledge that was critical to us in purchasing a home on the Island. Leslie was extremely straightforward in her advice and counsel to us and it left us feeling confident that we were making the right decisions at the right times. Leslie and the team went above and beyond to assist us to find local expertise as we worked through the diligence process remotely and on an overall compressed closing timeline (35 days). Beyond the diligence phase, Leslie’s knowledge of the island and service providers was impressive as we worked to get set up with all the necessary elements (cable, propane, utilities, etc.) Needless to say that we would work with Leslie and the team again in a heartbeat and would happily provide personal references based upon our experience.
