Wow. That’s all I can say about who helped us sell my Mother-In-Law’s home in Edgartown. In the last 4 years, my wife and I have been involved as buyers or sellers in 5 real estate transactions. We’ve worked with several very good agents but I have to say that Leslie Floyd was the best. We were selling from a distance and looking for an aggressive representative that could generate fair offers while getting the transaction done quickly. In addition, we knew there were several potential issues with the property and needed someone who was not afraid to roll up her sleeves to get these issues resolved. And we found the solution with Leslie. To start, her market analysis was considerably higher than the other agents we interviewed. We were skeptical because we didn’t want to continually lower the price while time dragged on. They convinced us that she knew the market and that their estimate was very reasonable, so we decided to go with them. We priced the house in the middle of their suggested range. Within 5 days, and before the house even went on the market, they presented us with a full-price offer! Leslie proceeded to tackle the list of outstanding issues. She followed through in a timely manner on each one. She was detail-oriented, kept us informed of her progress, and actually did a lot of the needed work themselves. When that wasn’t possible they found reasonably-priced local resources to get the job done. My wife and I are truly impressed and grateful for the wonderful job that Leslie did for us.
