Katie had been a longtime visitor to Martha’s Vineyard until she and her husband decided that after living in Vermont for over 30 years, it was time to make the Vineyard their permanent home.

Through the years, Katie has bought, sold and built the homes she and her family have lived in and with those experiences, she brings her knowledge as a buyer, seller and general contractor to Portfolio Properties.

She now lives in Edgartown with her husband David and their black lab Phoebe.
