A final bedroom is located on the lower level and includes a full kitchen, living and dining area, and a separate private entrance. Perfect for a nanny or additional visitors.
The pool house features a 2nd floor living room with sofa seating, a custom stone fireplace, and a TV. Doors lead to the deck overlooking the pool.
