Brian Skidmore

After a rewarding 25+ year career in the tech industry (DEC, Sun, Perot Systems, TimeO, BCS), Brian is in his 25th year as a full-time real estate broker based on Martha's Vineyard and Marblehead, MA . Brian and his wife moved from Marblehead to Vineyard Haven on Martha's Vineyard in 2016. A full-service broker with a specialty in Buyer Agency, Brian enjoys working with home buyers and sellers in the coastal communities of Boston's North Shore, Martha's Vineyard and Cape Cod. He also provides services for investment property owners as a rental and a residential multi-family specialist. Prior to joining Portfolio Properties MV (Edgartown, MA) and RE/MAX Beacon (Marblehead, MA), Brian was associated with the boutique agency Harborside Realty, RE/MAX Advantage, and Coldwell Banker in Marblehead. In addition to his real estate sales experience, Brian is a partner in ForeStay LLC which offers a range of real estate advisory services for income property owners, and investors.
