With more than 30 years of real estate experience on Martha’s Vineyard, Leslie brings deep local knowledge, trusted guidance, and a genuine commitment to putting people first. As the founder and principal broker of Portfolio Properties, she leads a growing team that is known for offering thoughtful, client-centered service — from charming Island cottages to luxury waterfront estates.
Real estate has been in Leslie’s life from the beginning. She got her start in 1991 at Sandcastle Realty, the Island’s first vacation-rentals-only agency, founded by her mother. After earning her broker’s license in 2007, she served as Director of Sales and Broker of Record for the newly launched Harbor View Hotel Captain’s Cottages, a milestone that blended luxury real estate with hands-on leadership.
In 2014, Leslie launched Portfolio Properties with a clear vision: to build a brokerage rooted in care, integrity, and client-first service. Today, the firm includes a dedicated team of seasoned brokers, a sales associate, and professional support staff — all aligned around the belief that reputation is earned through relationships, not self-promotion.
As a leader, Leslie is both caring and driven, with a strong focus on mentoring agents and helping them grow into confident, capable professionals. She believes in attracting clients through service and sincerity — not sales pitches — and is deeply committed to excellence, both personally and professionally. Leslie adds a new certification or designation each year as part of a lifelong commitment to mastering her craft and staying ahead of the curve in a constantly evolving industry.
Looking to the future, Leslie has set a bold but grounded goal: to double sales volume each year over the next five years by staying true to the values that have guided her success so far — honesty, care, and exceptional service.

Leslie spends her free time cooking gourmet meals for friends and family, walking her beach on Chappaquiddick with her dog, Tuukka, and caring for her 1740 farm house.
