Leslie did an excellent job from start to finish. Her research into comps was extensive and insightful. She suggested an asking price that seemed reasonable. The house was nicely staged and photographed, she kept us informed on showings and buyer reactions, got us 2 offers in less than a week from the listing date, and negotiated a selling price above our asking price. As well, she did all the little things that needed doing: repairs, inspections, disconnects, etc. promptly and willingly. As we are out-of-state, she packaged and shipped a number of items to us that we did not want to leave behind. She monitored, in person, the packing and loading of the contents of the house when it came time to move. She used her many contacts on the Vineyard to get things done.
