We cannot say enough positive things about Leslie Floyd, our dedicated and conscientious real estate agent at Portfolio Properties in Martha’s Vineyard. She is the gold standard in professionalism and integrity. She worked diligently on our behalf to identify potential properties for us to buy on the Vineyard. Leslie has a deep understanding of the housing market in Martha’s Vineyard, the inventory and pricing trends in the six towns, and a warm and engaging personality. She spent time upfront getting to know us and really understanding what we were looking for, with the knowledge that we were uncertain about whether to buy. While our family has had a small rustic non-winterized cottage in Aquinnah, we were exploring a year-round property that our growing family could use. Leslie customized the listings she sent us, and when we visited properties, she quickly did research to respond to our never ending list of questions. She was always balanced in her assessment of properties and never sugar coated problems. We never felt pressure to buy, and we ultimately decided not to at this time due to personal circumstances. Leslie took the news in stride despite the hours she spent researching and answering our questions.
