House Rules
1. No more than four people should occupy the house at the same time.
2. Absolutely no pets.
3. The fireplace should not be used.
4. There is no dishwasher in the house, so be ready to wash your own dishes! 🙂
5. Ideally, the tenant is to supply their sheets and towels. If the tenant uses the linens at the house, they must be washed, dried, and returned to the linen closet before checkout. If this is not done, the tenant will be charged for the time it takes the cleaners to complete this task. Washing and drying a couple of loads of sheets and towels can require several hours, so it's always best to bring your own linens.
